Good growth needs good data. Does your marketing team have it?
I'm Anna. For more than five years I've built the measurement infrastructure that gives teams numbers they can trust, across 30+ organizations, from early-stage startups to $100M+ revenue brands.
I work with marketing and growth teams on tracking, measurement, and analytics, usually when something is broken, missing, or just not trustworthy.
What I do, specifically, is architect reliable, privacy-aligned measurement systems and make sure the data coming out of them is accurate, attributes revenue honestly, and is something you can actually act on. I speak both "marketer" and "developer," so I can sit between your teams: scoping what the business needs, designing the technical solution, and guiding it from concept to deployment.
In practice, that usually means:
- Auditing existing setups to find what's broken, duplicated, or missing
- Diagnosing conversion and data discrepancies
- Building GA4 and Google Tag Manager infrastructure, web and server-side
- Designing event taxonomies and the data layer
- Setting up Enhanced Conversions and the Conversions API across ad platforms
- Sending offline conversions back to ad platforms so they optimize toward real outcomes
- Capturing UTMs and click IDs so every lead carries its source into the CRM
- Configuring attribution models and lookback windows in GA4 and the ad platforms
- Implementing consent management and privacy-aligned tracking
- Setting up monitoring and alerts for broken tracking and site outages
- Connecting the data flows between your marketing stack, CRM, and reporting
For the past few years I've been the measurement and tracking layer behind performance teams managing multi-million-dollar monthly budgets, across ecommerce, SaaS, fintech, luxury, healthcare, and nonprofits.
That usually means I'm the person making sure the numbers everyone else is optimizing toward are actually right: clean tracking, trustworthy attribution, and data a team can make real decisions with.
